Even though you will have communications with our administrative staff, I will always be your primary contact.
What certifications set you apart from other agents?
Most agents have a reasonable knowledge of the real estate market. Although most agents do not have additional real estate related skill sets, this is where I excel! Not only am I a licensed Realtor, I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed builder and a Certified Financial Coach. On top of that, I also teach and train other agents in our office on contract understanding, negotiation skills, marketing and financials.
- As a Real Estate Broker, I make sure I stay on top of the current market conditions, forecasts, marketing techniques, trainings and more.
- As a licensed builder, I am able to see things about your current or future home that most agents can’t see. I can help guide you on what may need to be done to sell your home for the best price. If purchasing, I can help you to see something that could be a potential problem.
- As a Certified Financial Coach, I learn what your goals and needs are and help you work towards those. I am always keeping your financial best interests in mind!
How will you help me buy/sell a home in this market?
Like the ocean waves, the market is always changing. This is why keeping up with the latest market trends and strategies are important.
- When working with buyers, I will help you identify the right home for you, explain the current market conditions and situations, and walk you through all the tools you have as a buyer to put the best offer together to fit your needs.
- When selling your home, my team has a strategic marketing plan in place. We also understand that each home is unique, so our marketing plan is built to be flexible with each individual home. I will make sure you understand all aspects of each offer and help you make the best decision for you.
What is your commission fee?
As a buyer, you don’t pay a commission in most cases. Our listing commission is negotiable.
Do I have to sign a contract? Can I cancel without penalty?
By law, for you to be legally represented by a realtor, you must have a contract in place, either buying or selling. With The Moore Team’s cancellation policy, if there is an issue we can’t work together to solve, we make it easy to shake hands and part from our contract.
How will you communicate with me?
I like to communicate with my clients in the way they are most comfortable or used to. As for me personally, the fastest way to reach me is through calls and text.
What are your realistic expectations for house hunting in this market?
As mentioned in an earlier question, the market is like ocean waves. Always changing. This is a question best left to a phone conversation.
